China Civil Aviation Development Forum 2008
The China Civil Aviation Development Forum is the highest level official aviation forum in China. With an Organizing Committee headed by CAAC Minister Yang Yuanyuan, it is the only international event that brings together high level representatives of governments, international civil aviation authorities, leaders of international aviation organisations and associations, as well as senior executives from all sectors of the global aviation industry.
Last year’s Forum drew more that 300 delegates for an open interchange of ideas between the policy makers (including Ministers and Directors General), the civil aviation industry (CEOs from each aviation sector) and the leaders of ICAO and IATA. The event was both stimulating and informative, with many opportunities for interaction between Chinese and international participants.
China Civil Aviation Development Forum 2008 will take place on May 15th and 16th, 2008 and will focus on the most topical and important issues now facing the aviation sector, both in China and worldwide, as well as China’s short and longer term plans for it’s aviation sector and the opportunities they present. It is the must attend event for the global aviation sector.
